I had made a purchase on Feb 25 2016, of an iphone 5S cover and paid online a sum of Rs 449. Order Number CYN101548
I received an order confirmation email after which I received an email with the shipment Tracking ID [protected] (Via Bluedart).
After a few weeks of not receiving the item, I tracked the Bluedart shipment online, and the website says that it has delivered the item to Indore on 1st March, while I live in Mumbai (and have given the delivery address as my residential address in Mumbai).
1. I have tried to call their customer care number +[protected]it gets disconnected as soon as you press the option of speaking to a customer care representative)
2. I have written to their customer care email ID [protected]@cyankart.com (have not received any response)
I would like Cyankart to either deliver the item to my residential address, or give me a full refund of the amount Rs 449. I would also like to receive a reply to my email by cyankart, as an acknowledgement of this error and to tell me the action they will take. Was this information helpful? |
