http://www.cyankart.com/ I have placed an order with this website on 10/27/14 but haven't received the order yet. I have written to them multiple times but all in vain. After some time I got a mail from them stating I have refused the order on Delivery, while the product was never delivered. I tried calling them on their customer care number but there was no response. The mail delivery on their customer care id also failed. Till date I haven't received the order - CYN17964 Now if I try to track the order on their website, it says there is no such order placed.

I had ordered a phone cover case from cyanKart. I paid them through my debit card and they did not contact me nor deliver the product . I tried contacting them and they don't pick up the call. I don't know how to get back my money or cancel the order as they don't respond to mails also.
