[Resolved] www.dhamaalshop.com — Order of mobile phone is not delivered

I have purchase a mobile phone on website www.dhamaalshop.com
During the offer 'period luck by chance'
In this offer they will provide me any of the smart phone (Asus, intex, micromax)
I have made the online payment of rs. 1499.90, through my debit card on date 09.01.2016.
But i have not recieved any phone till date.
Their customer care no. Not working or no one picking.
And one tracking id is written on website but this is also fake.
I have attached the snapshot of that.
Please help me...

after the raising the Compliant
after1day i have recieve the phone call form this no. [protected]. he told me that i am calling from Dhamaalshop.com. & Saying Sorry for Inconvenience we will refund your amount & asking Detail of My Bank & my debit Card no.. I give Some Detail to him but when he ask my CCV no. I realized it is a fake call ask how are you
then he disconnect the call...
when i try to call that no. the operator says invalid no...

Dhamaalshop will not make any kind of such calls and take the details from the customers to refund the balance please don't share the details if received such calls and sms from any other side please follow the procedure to get refund the amount request you to please visit your nearest branch along with the details which you have received while placing the order and request you to raised the charge back sheet the bank will refund your amount with in a TAT.
