[Resolved]  www.eBay.in — Money not refunded

My ebay ID is- sisirsharmaz87 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Company- www.ebay.in On 05/11/14, I had purchased "orifllame nature secrets fragranced body talc set of 2- 100g each" for Rs.106.49 from www.ebay.in. It seems ebay is least bothered, after selling products to it's customers. It's already 48 days and till now my money has not been refunded. Every time I get the same reply that we are working on it. Does it take 48 days to refund money...???? I got a mail from ebay.instating that on 06-Nov-2014, money was initiated with given details- Reference number : ASBI[protected] Amount : 106.49/- But till today, money has not been reflected in my bank A/C. I had even mailed my bank a/c statement to this email id- "[protected]@ebay.com" 2- 3 times. But till today no positive sign from them. I am fedup with ebay.in. Please do the needful so that my money is refunded.
