I bought some points, they called "chips" in their website. Anyone can buy riot point (code for buying staffs from riot games) from their website in exchange with the chips. I tried to buy a $10 riot point code for nearly 3 months. I submitted complain ticket to their website several times. They always told me that they would refill the riot point codes next week, but they never do that. I asked them several times. But during last few weeks, they stopped giving any reply to me. Therefore, I would like to complain against them. Please take necessary action against them if possible. Thanks in advance.
