[Resolved]  www.humanemployment.com — Amount taken for false commitment for placement and not refunding

This is to inform everyone that www.humanemplyment.com (CHORE CAREER) & its counter part TRIGENSOFT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD are basically & placement agency having contact no. [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected], they took money from people & provide jobs & the same was offered to me in the month of 6th Nov.2015 with 100% Job Guarantee, first they told me to deposit Rs. 10100 and after the you don't have to pay a single money so i deposited on 6th Nov. 2015 on ground of registration with them having HDFC a/c no. [protected] named first brick & within no time they provided the Telephonic Interview & then afterward they asked me for online aptitude test which is compulsory for the candidate & asked Rs 19900 + Rs. 4700 service tax for the same to provide the link and after then you don't have to pay a single rupee, i deposited that too on 7th Nov. 2015 & a link was sent to me for aptitude test which was WIZIQ Test of general accounting www.indiabix.com(Which is actually available for common people to test himself on certain topic). After the test i was told on the same day i.e. 7th Nov. 2015 that you have been shortlisted for the final round of interview & you have to deposit scan copy of your certificates & present company salary sip, appointment letter to verify the same by the recruiting company & for the same they asked me Rs 29000. I asked for the payment .they told me verification is must and verification done by third party. I told them that i don't have that much amount then he told me to deposit Rs. 17000 to start verification process and balance amount pay after 7 days. I was asking for the guarantee mail for job confirmation or refund. then Mr. Avinash the coordinator sent me the mail. after then i also paid the amount of Rs 17000. but after two days the final interview done through skype without face to face interaction. the skype id is HR.team. Interview was good and interviewer rated me 9/10 and they will gave feedback to consultant in 72 hours. After 3 days i called to humanemployment for feedback but they told me they never got feedback yet. after 5 days when i called them again that mr. Avinash told me your application is rejected because my profile not matched with required profile. then Mr. Avinash told me he will give new job opportunity in TATA chemicals in next day.but after then he gave false commitments but when i checked the profile of skype id of HR.team, i was shocked . The profile name is avinash.nayak85. He is coordinator of humanemployment.com. I am asking them for refund If the same is not fulfiled within the requisite time period i have to take the legal action against both www.humanemployment.com( Chore Career) &Trigensoft Pvt Ltd for making false commitment & accepting money on behalf of other company which is not legal as per companies act 2013, the complaint will be lodged with MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs & with all your Channel Partners). For your further reference i have all the documentary proofs & recordings with me to make it further worse for you. [protected] . the guy told me that he is fro a NGO and he told me he saw my complaint and asked me all details. he asking me my id and password for complaint which I told him. but after two day i saw that there is a comment below my complaint is my issue was resolved. But I never put such comment. why should i put such comment If my issue was not resolved. I think some one do wrong. I want to register complaint against htem again
