My complaint description:
I have receive a call on dated 15.03.2016 from mart2all where mr. Gaurav told that your number is selected in lucky 20 customer with a assured free gift with combo offer in with 1 watch, 3 diamond, power bank & sunglass of rs 8899 along with dell laptop free. At that time he told me that you have to pay in instalment i had ordered on same time my balance but no instalment is done and full amount debited from my account of rs 8899 .I had payment through debit card .That was confirmed that your balence will return your account with in 24 hrs. After twenty days i received a combo the all item was duplicate quality but assured gift was not in the box. When i call in company he said that your gift has sealed in logistics department and you have to pay 3650 rs for service tax. Then your gift will released. Now i want your help please help me and return my money and take a hard action against this mart2all company.I have all mails and and contect no. If you required.
