Date of incident[protected] client no.-[protected] DESCRIPTION- i was purchase a product through online then i get a website "newu.in" because they don't provide COD(cash on delivery) so i have to make payment through my debit card of 849 rupee. after placed an order, as usually next day i want to check my order status but when i check this, it is same as very moment (when i make a order)"PROCESSING" so i contact them through there new feature called "MAY I HELP YOU", and i asked for my track no and estimate but, they respond my email but they did not give any detail about my order, they just say your order will be shipped today, i wait whole day i did no get my product, so again i sent email them, they again respond but now this time they sent me a link of there site (you can find track no there) but there was nothing like that i have check entire page but i have not find any detail of my track order so again i sent them e-mail but they have not replied please please help me out, NOW YOU ARE ONLY MY LAST HOPE MY DETAIL ARE BELOW NAME-SAURAV SHARMA ORDER NO[protected] ORDER DATE[protected]
