I booked a ola ride on 5th nov'17, i paid the ride amount in cash. The same amount is deducted on 6th nov'17 from my ola money wallet.
Complaint raised on 6th nov'17. Still complaint not resolved, now ola customer care not responding properly. They said to me, complain should close within 72 hours, after that we are not responsible.
As we can see, it is a technical issue of ola service that amount is deducted on next day, of ride.
Kindly revert on the same.
