My order no[protected] i ordered cake on 10 sep 2016 at 3 pm they came with messed cake it was damaged i returned it.. And complained then after some time got a call that they would be able to deliver on 11 sep morning i told to cancel the order.. I again called customer care they told they are looking into after calling again and again i mailed them to cancel my order and after some time they called that they r trying to deliver they will call me in half an hour bt ni calle received until 2 hr after that i called them again bt they didn't receive i celebrated my event and after my event was over they came at 9:30 pm with cake and forced me to receive cake i told them i have already told that i want refund again i have mailed them. I called in customer care and then they took it back... And the next morning i called them again asking for my refund bt then they r telling that we denied to receive cake now we won't get cake or refund what a cheating is this u guys made my brother bday a mess and now u r cheating and tell g that i won't get my refund also...
