I had ordered a mi 20800 mah powerbank from bookmyoffer for rs. 650 my order no. is [protected].The product is visibly fake and of bad in condition, its not working. I have done full charge of power bank and connected to my galaxy grand prime mobile but still not charging.The customer care number you provided is also not receiving any calls.This is not a way to deal with your customers. i have already sile a complain on bookmyoffer for providing me worst quality of MI power bank(20800mah). It had been since 3 days but no representative have solved my problem and replace with a new one. so, i kindly request you to provide me the best quality of the product as soon as possible.
