www.jabong.com — NOT YET RECEIVED REFUND

Jabong order id:[protected] & Complaint no 12345592, refund amount (Rs 1096.88) Its almost been a month now Jabong says money refunded by a merchant along with its transaction id :5442c5293c8a9 and even a ARN NO:74332744293429286761675. Yet i didn't received refund for this, bank also replied they did not receive any money at there side for provided ARN & transaction id, I provided you bank statement. Almost 200 bucks wasted calling customer service every alternate day...
