Xiaomi India / Flipkart — Mi4i/abnormal display behavior and replacement of handset | |||||
We have purchased xiaomi mi4i handset from flipkart on 26th may 2015 (Order id: od[protected], invoice no : # blr_wfld[protected]). Initially we were filled heating & display issue and contacted flipkart to replace the handset but their technical engineer refuse for replacement and suggest to upgrade new patches. Then handset heating issue was resolved but intermittently we were faced issue of display abnormal behaviour (Automatically home page come from where we are working and then task cancel window then handheld mode. This process happens 5 to 10 times automatically and we can not do anything till this process completion which takes 1 to 2 minutes). This issue frequency slowly increase and we decided to submit phone at xiomi service center. We have submitted handset at new tech solution-211, varfhaman market, sector-17, opp. Andhra bank vashi, mumbai, maharashtra. [protected]/41002117 and they have kept phone for 1 and half month (Work order number-3544 and 3762). They have accepted it is screen issue and replaced screen two times as per their statement. Again issue was started after one month so we have removed all softwares and did factory reset but issue was not resolved. Again we have shown handset at mi exclusive service center, tvs electronics ltd, #69/a/1, g6 to g10, sukun Plaza, l g corner, maninagar, ahmedabad - 380008,[protected] and they said it is os issue so they have refreshed the os and again issue started from next day. So we have called on xiaomi india tall free number[protected] and provide all information to replace the handset but customer executive said we have to visit again service center or to use pick up service. We told him we have submitted device 3 times at service centers and issue is not resolved so replace handset but he denied the same. We have raised case with flipkart (Incident: in[protected] on 2nd april 2016 and they have arranged call with xiaomi engineer and he said he can do replacement based on information by service center visit so he said he will call us back once he got all information from service center (Within 2 days) but after 1 week we did not get any answer from him. We again contacted to flipkart but they are also said you have to again visit service center. Now warranty is getting expire in 26th may 2016 and they are not replacing our device with genuine issue and we already wasted around 3000 rupees to visit service center as service center is not available in our city (Bhanvangar, gujarat, india).
