Xiomi — Faulty mobile - xiaomi mi note 3 - poor response from service center

Dear sir,

I purchased xiomi mi note 3 from amazon on july 12 2016.
Since the month of june 2017, this phone frequently shuts down. When i took this to service center in mangalore, did not provide good service. After 2 days i am facing the same problem.

Service center : mobile field mangalore.

I request your support to raise this problem with xiomi service cetner and fix this as soon as possible.
