I have already complaint against this issue in your website and in the xiomi customer care as well bt till date I have nt rcvd any mails from xiomi. My power bank is still pending with the service center it's been 2 months and my issue has not been solved. I have mailed them several times and called customer care even every time they give me some stupid lame xcuses and tell me that my issue will be solved within 24 hrs and it's been escalated an I will recieve a call from them within 24 hrs bt I haven't rcvd any mail or call from them. It's been more then 2 months.plz kindly see through it. Was this information helpful? |
