Xiomi — regarding getting a damaged phone and misbehaviour of mi customer care. | |
I ordered a poco f1 phone of mi. Got it delivered after 4 days. On checking the phone i saw that the seal was broken and the phone was not working. On talking to the customer care the company executive talked to me arrogantly. They were not willing to help me. The executive told me that there is no refund available and the replacement is cancelled. This used phone is all i have got now with me.
