Hey my name is vijeta naik. i had applied for express entry to canada somewhere in 2014 and thereafter i and my spouse were told to give ielts exam and we have co-operated with the all the procedures till date with utmost trust but till date we are getting nowhere. i have made a payment of rs. 1, 50, 000/- to the company on them promising me a nursing job at canada but till date there is nothing constructive which has come up. we do not know exactly what they had applied for as we had applied for federal skilled worker. now after almost 3 years having passed we sought refund from the company for which one mr. varun says that we can go ahead with the complaint and hence this complaint to sought our hard earned money which company is refusing to refund now.

Please refer to the Retainer agreement duly signed and agreed.
Let me inform you that the delays in process is not controlled by XIPHIAS or Varun and we have full records and proof to prove in court of law that whatever was required to serve the client has been delivered at best and let me also remind you that your payments was also shared to Universal Immigration and we are still doing our efforts in promoting your jobs profile without asking you any additional penny and hope you can understand that no one works for free in Canada .
We did you EE pool representation with Mitesh without any separate agreement or payment as a good will to serve our clients better and give the solution when the Quota of FSW was closed.
You may lead to consumer forum to claim your deposit and same time we will also come back with proof of efforts and time invested in your profile.
I am not the only person who was involved in your processing and i will for sure share your concern to consultant for any consideration.
