The handset was defected when taken it to service center, they packed and provided DOA the same DOA and invoice was sent to [protected]@xolo.in but since March2016 no resolution been provided, and now the warranty is going to expire. I need the refund. Either I will be putting a case of fraud over this company. This is really very sad that the company could not solve the problem in 6months.

The lava distributor has provided a lava handset model number A89 in replacement to the Xolo Era handset. Overall the problem solved 8.5months. Even then not happy to see the processing of complaints because no quick resolution. Even though thanks to consumer forum for the same.

Updated by shiv_geo Still no resolution to the problem. No mails for solving the issue. Really dont understand why India is giving space to these companies if consumer is not happy with them. Why are they making fools to the customers.
