[Resolved]  Xolo q3000 — Upgrading Problems

XOLO Q3000 On 19/08/2014 i took the XOLO Q3000 and late night i tried to upgrade it to KITKAT but first 2 times it was not recognize the update then it take the update after 10min it was working then i saw in settings that internal momo. it showes only 0.98gb after i saw in the website this blog it is a regular problem XOLO team is sleeping with this bug. and after all today morning i called XOLO customer care people rep received call and they told me that it has to be Downgrade to 4.2.1ver. is it really rite? From last 2mnts this update is showing in your website is it not fixed that bug till now? How much time XOLO team may take for this small rectification? Is it worth of paying money for 19K for 4.2.1? with the bundled feature of 2gb ram 16gb inbuilt 1.5GHZ pro. !!! Please don't sleep and do some good work and please do fix this bug. Please take series action on this work. or don't give any update and don't do fool us. The above complaint No. was given by Coustomer care : Neetu after i contact your service center in Vashi Navi Mumbai ([protected]) they told me that they dont have KITKAT updates for XOLO Q3000, so they have to down grade the ver. from 4.4 to 4.2 so that its able to get 4gb internal rom memory, in the web ver. of your 4.4(KitKat) its only available 1gb rom I cant understand why the update is showing in your website ? if we are not able to get the accessibility of Mobile I asked with your customer care Sanchit, I requested regarding above complaint he told me Neetu was registered complaint regarding * Battry not charging * Network not able to get *wifi not connecting actually i was not given this complaint how could be she can write this complaint? i was asked her only internal memory of 0.98gb insted of 4gb!!! Then i requested with Sanchit to transfer the call to Senior but his Senior was not received this call i waited nearly 40min. for requesting to talk with Senior but he is not taking calls. Is this a way to handle your customer?In your Service center NO UPDATES of KITKAT In your Customer Care take compliant any thing which we are not told also they write in their complaint.In your Customer Care NO Senior to take our call If we asked that Senior Name your Care rep not responding and not told his name !!!i asked to rise a complaint against Senior who was not receiving my call he given this complaint no.[protected]This is very poor customer care what i saw in my life time. Please examine and take action otherwise i will go to Consumer act. and file a complaint against your name and product.
