I am running a web designing company. I have hosted all my client websites in xozz.in. Recently xozz.in underwent a server maintenance. After that the database of one of my prominent client naf technologies llc, dubai was lost. As a result, i had to pay a sum of aed 3500 to naf technologies. I tried contacting xozz.in many times to report this. They didnt even care to respond. I lost 3500 dirhmas (Apprximately 62000 rupees) because of their irresponsible behavior. I want govt of india to take action against them to avoid such fraudster behavior against any customers in the future
