Complaint marked as Resolved Company didn't take any steps, amazon status showing as item may lost. Seller resolved the issue by reshipping a fresh item with another courier service.
Three weeks back Xpressbees returned a medicine order through eKincare, without a single call or delivery attempt.
All other major logistics like Amazon/Blue Dart/DTDC/Professional/E-Cart etc. are providing very good service in my location.
They have more than 5 office locations here within 10-15kms radius, but of no use at all
XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
