I booked 2 bhk in 2017 for 2bhk very excited, soon those excitement drained in gutter, never expected this from a reputed builder to forget what a customer is ! Finishing is still pending since a year & may take 3 years as well to handover...

I have booked a 2 BHK Flat in Xrbia Vangani J4 014 in 2016. At the time of booking the executive promise to give possession in 2019. But it's 2022 now.. if we not pay any EMI, L&T send notices to us from court. Police came to our home to arrest us. We are suffering a lot after buying this house. Why Govt not taking actions against builder like banks taking against us.
we are paying rent of Rs. 12000/- n EMI of Rs. 9000/- I can't afford...

My flat in Chakan C5 413 possesion date already passed. No one is responding properly. Its more than 2 years I m following. I joined my flat more than 5 years back.. Does it take so long. It is very disgusting no one is responding as the possesion of flat is due frim more than one and half years.As my excess amount is with builder more than one and half year. We had booked a home in Neral xrbia project in 2014, we have not get possession yet for our home and not even getting compensation for late possession.Your customer service is so bad that you are not even responding our calls.We are getting follow up since 3-4 years for possession.We also requested for refund but that also you denied.You had also changed the flat that we had booked earlier and later before 2 years you said us to select other...

Booked flat in 2014 in Riverfront/ hinjewadi road project, possession delayed..filed a complaint in MahaRera, court ordered in 2020 february to refund money..but still no reply from them...no one responding...Kishore hindgaonkar...omsai...vinit kalekar..they are the contact person for the project but not recieving my calls.

They r not giving my back...fraudsters & cheaters....

When I booked flat xrbia Ambi A6/717 at Talegaon xrbia promise me to pay Pre EMI till possession but from last 2 month they are not paying Pre EMI to Bank and Bank change 20000 overdue charge for me...

I have booked my flat on date 24/03/2016 in Eiffel city 2, C-5 building, Chakan. I Was told by the Xrbia execurive that will get the possession by March 2018. But I haven't get the possession of my flat. I am just paying EMI of the bank. Almost 92% amount for the flat is already paid to the builder before 3 years....

Builder is totally fraud
They take our hard earn money
They refused to refund my 2 lakh rupees and also cancel the booking
When I asking for the money they didn't refund the amount and also sign a fake signature on agreement

Who ever has been cheated start filing cases. Legal treatment needed for such scam / cheaters...

Xrbia Ambi,

In the name of 1bhk they provide single room Sq 195 carpet waste of money and time. It is simple if they would have told customers about . I don't think anyone would have falled for it in anyway...
Xrbia has fooled so many customers by getting booking done saying 1bhk 401 carpet later turned to false. Great hurry in getting agreement signed. No copy of agreement before registration..
Possession...

I am chhaya, Year of 2014 my husband and me booked a flat at xrbia in neral warai. It's possession has decided at 2018 but still it's possession not received and loan EMI paying from our end.
Should I get compensation in this and what I do to get it? Currently the office address is changed of them at Sanpada and not getting revert on mail and old employees left the job....

At Xrbia Market yard, a flat was decided to be purchased with a booking amount of 50K. After few months, some more amount was paid as initial processing charge. The agreement wasn't made neither registration is completed . When now decided to cancel the booking, company denies to pay the booking amount back. Levying more extra charges on the processing....

No number any office working how to contact someone some information work progress all number is fake I want Sanpada office number...

We booked 2 bhk flat at xrbia warai in2014.Seven years passed there is no possessions no compensation given by builder.We took home loan and paid almost full amount till 2016.After that there is neither any phone call nor any reply from builder's side We are paying EMI with so much interest.we visited Sanpada office and warai construction side but didn't get satisfactory reply.Their phone numbers have changed.They harrassed us...

It has been more than one year i have not received my pre emi (adf) amount. Possession what they have promised in 2020 still i am waiting. Need to take action legally, because they are not taking this seriously. They are fooling #fraud...

Paid around 9lacs and you have stopped NDS scheme and I am not eligible for any bank loan. Kindly waive off all pending interests and let me start paying emis through nds scheme post handover of the possession of said flat...

I purchased this flat at Xrbia Abode B1 711 under lockdown offer where 1st twelve EMI needs to be returned by Xrbia. Four instalments have been paid by me but no refund has been given. After regular follow up no amount is being refunded. The builder is not keeping its commitment and falsely giving offers to make customers invest in their projects.
Please refund the EMI immediately...
