Xrbia — Pre-emi refund issue Xrbia-Ambi

Xrbia is the top most fraud developer in India. In the name of affordable housing these people have looted money from common people who have invested their hard earned money with these Thugs. I had booked 1 BHK affordable flat in Xrbia-Ambi in the year 2018 under subvention scheme wherein the developer had agreed to pay the EMI till the date of possession. My property was registered in June 2018 and i was given the false date of possession of 2019. Everything was going well till the end of 1 year i.e July 2019; wherein the EMI was paid by the developer. However, after a year bank started deducting the EMI from personal account and asked to get refund from the developer since the project was delayed. Initially it was troublesome to get the refund but then i got the refund for almost 6 months till Jan 20. After the pandemic hit the country, the refund was also stopped, even after sending several emails/ calls to several person till date i haven't been able to catch of person responsible to get this issue resolve. Above this, the date of possession of the property has been extended number of times and as of now the date given to me is Dec. 2020 that too tentative.
