Dear sir/ madam,
I had booked flat on 07/01/2019 flat no. C-17. I have cancelled the flat due to some personal problem (Left my job).
For your reference below are the details of amount paid by me at the time of booking:

I already told my problem to your sales person mr. Raj & mr. Sachin but they said i will not get any refund. I told them to deduct 1-2 % charges from the paid amount and refund the balance as i am in need of fund. You people have not told me anything regarding cancellation charges. It is your duty to inform customer regarding terms and conditions. I send mail to customercarevangani.com but did not get any reply.
If you are not going to refund then write on your letterhead that you will not refund my amount.
This is my last reminder if i did not get any reply from your side then i will take necessary further legal action.
