I booked flat in 2016 and have done all payments. Since 2017 I am paying loan emi which is more than 8 thousand. Plus I am staying on rent. There is no information on possession, compensation, etc. I visited the site and it is in deplidated condition. Which means the possession might not be possible for another 3-4 years. Till that time I am paying interest on bank loan + rent.

I want all my money back from this builder + interest and + inflation rate because it's more that 4 years

Kindly help resolve this
