[Resolved]  Y-Axis Overseas Careers — CAN-MRPS - No response regarding refunds

We had signed up in Jan 2022 for Canada immigration and had made the full payment of INR 84, 779 and started the process.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to withdraw our application and informed out consultant about the decision. While I understand I'm not eligible for a full refund based on the agreement, I have been following up multiple times with the consultant who completely has ignored requests for the remaining refund.

The experience was promising initially but this is turning out to be an absolute nightmare and a joke for these folks to play with our money.

Can you please resolve this and process the remaining refunds ASAP?
