I have applied for Canada immigration via y axis and have already made the payment to them.
Initially in order to make me their customer there was a constant follow up and now, once I have made the payment, there is no response to many infinite mails to them.
where are the people at y axis? have all vanished?
never ever thought that a company like y axis would be like this.
I have mailed them at support and complaint team numerous times but there has been no reply or call back, not even once.
I really dont know what to do? where to go? whom to approach?
I am worried that my immigration process will get hampered also, dont know how to get back my money that I paid.
Feel helpless and scared!!
