First and foremost, it is rather pathetic that an organization who is into consulting doesn't have a proper phone line.To get in touch with the process consultant you have to call numerous times and still will not get connected and then write an email for requesting a call back which also is delayed /never happens.
Secondly, their sales consultant's (so to say) seems to have collection targets as all they want is to bag in money from customers. I had availed the PR service as well as Job search service and paid the entire fee in the beginning itslef. Later on while interacting with another consultant it was informed that job search can happen only after file being created, meaning the major parts like IELTS, WES etc have to be cleared.
If it was known, why I was made to pay up in the very beginning, they could have adviced that job services can be availed later.
Thirdly, for availing concierge services, mail exchanges and calls were happening for over two weeks and still havent moved from where it started and concierge team doesnt have a clue of it.
The response from Y-axis towards queries have delayed the entire process.
Earlier I had a consultant changed as there were no responses from his end for a long period. This is my third/fourth consultant in an year's time and with the latest service consultant, it takes days of continuous follow-ups to get a query answered(Consultant -Mohita). After taking it up with the team leader (Savio) things haven't changed a bit. Fed up with the delayed service, I have requested for refund for which no response is received yet.
For queries/complaints made, the answer is that "Its been discussed with manager and will be replied shortly" and this "discussion " never ends neither does the resolution.
I want my refund to be processed as the careless, lethargic and easy go attitude from Yaxis employees cannot be taken anymore as it is further delaying an already time consuming process.
