[Resolved]  Y-Axis Overseas Careers — Full refund

I have submitted my file with y-axis and dealing with them since 08/19. While submitting my file i was strongly assured that i am eligible and will surely get my Aussie PR as my job profile is fullfilling all the key requirements (as i already got the NZ residency based on the same too).

And because my case was not properly dealt with by y-axis staff, i got rejection from case officer on 06/20 due to y-axis staff negligence (which y-axis staff admits). I requested several times to arrange a refund and got fake promises and lies in return for several months and they didn't even bother to call back or reply my emails for months.

Eventhough, on the request of y-axis staff i agreed to give them another chance and was ready to submit my case for Canada in 01/21 and was waiting for the correspondence since feb'21 (about my eligibility for canada) to which i was promised i will get the response within couple of days.

However history repeats again and y-axis inefficient staff was not bothered to respond either by email or by call to inform about the progress even after several attempts made by me to reach them.

Later i requested to escalate the call and requested to send either all the call recordings or transcripts for the recordings, to which they first agreed their mistakes and later refused for the same and refused to provide any call recordings. Seems they are running a worldwide scam.

I can provide all the documents and proofs which will provide sufficient details about the messup caused by them. And will entitle me for the full refund of $4000 (and compensation for the ongoing harrasment and stress imposed by them).

And would like to request the authorities to take strict action against them as they have harrased me for more than 1 year and their uncompetitive staff didn't bothered to reply emails/sms or callbacks for months (can provide suffiecient proofs for that too).

I will really appreciate for the quick and satisfactory resolution on that.

The complaint we have found is related to Y-Axis Australia, and the agreement you have signed clearly specifies that the dispute resolution is to be dealt with by the concerned authorities in Australia.
The complaint you lodged here in India is not right, as we are not the service providers. Request you to remove this.
Further, we managed to get the details of your file, to understand the complaint you raised. Please note, the Agent represented your file is a registered migration agent to provide immigration advise, and have processed your file w.r.t. the assessing bodies requirements only. Your file if not considered is only because of Case officer not satisfied to consider you under the nominated occupation. Your Agent tried his best in submitting all required documents. Agent did communicate to you that decision will definitely be with the decision authority only (Vetassess) and has no control over it.
Registered migration agent will only charge you for the services delivered and the terms of the disbursements related to services is clearly specified in your agreement. In accordance to the same, they have agreed to return the amount that is unused on your account however, you have concerns with it is what we understood.
