Updated by Sai Suman Chintala I wanted to file a complaint against Y-Axis for fraudulent service, cheating people and ruining their dreams.

I am also a victim of Y-Axis where they have provided 100% assurance of getting PR visa before processing fee payment, once they payment is done they started saying that I need to upgrade my profile as it is not qualifying for visa approval. It was all fake service they are all frauds, cheaters I have payed almost INR 1 lakh and when I asked for atleast minimum refund considering the COVID situation, they have directly denied. So I have decided to proceed legally.
