I got into contract with Dec 2019 and after thorough discussion with Ms. Rajni around my profile and Ilets score and CRS score that I had she duped me with false promises of quality services and also assured that Y axis had an edge over other small scale consultancy. In entire 1 year process consultants have changed nearly 6 times with no intimation to me as a client. Each time I had to start from scratch, all services that were provided say around the ECA reports were also not uniform, each consultant had a separate way of advising me. The initial consultant made me book the original report for the ECA report whereas the 2nd assigned consultant mentioned you could have easily saved this money. Basic consultation around requirement of degree certificate they could not guide accurately. Moreover after association of more than 1 year i got to know in September 2020 that NOC they have assigned to my application is completely wrong and does not match to the one i had mentioned in the start of my contract.
Its been nearly 2 weeks now that they have stopped responding to my refund emails. As a service provider it is one of the worst organization I have come across. Duping individuals of their hard earned money on false play of quality delivery.
It is such a shame that they do not have courage to accept the false promises they made and attend to calls or reply to emails.
My hard-earned money cannot go to vain, i will need support of consumer helplines who can help with my refund. It was a huge amount of 80, 000/- that they charged from me. Was this information helpful? |
