[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — My bike back mudguard was damaged by service center | |||
On april 20 2015, i gave my bike(Yamaha Ray Z) for service in Sairam motors in ambattur Chennai. When i take my bike on 21/04/15, mudguard was broken and i asked them immediately. They said, they have to ask their manager but he was in meeting. On next day i went again and asked they said the same thing. I went again 2 days but cant to see the manager. So i call them and said i will see it next service. Now again on 22/07/15 i gave my bike and said about mudguard, they told me that they will paste it. But i told them, no need for just change it or don't do the service. I will complaint to the head office. But they done the service without changing the mudguard. I'm very much disappointed about this attitude towards me and want a truth and honest. Take the honest step on them. Was this information helpful? | |||
