Yamaha Motor India — Services provided by Vijayagiri motors Aluva

This is a mail regarding complaint of service of my Yamaha Fascino 125 .The Yamaha service provided by Vijaygiri Motors, Aluva, Kerala was horrible. They didn't rectify the complaints and handed over the vehicle in pathetic condition.The staff behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable . They made me wait for more than an hour in the evening claiming that it will be ready within 10 minutes eventhough I handed over the vehicle around 12 in the morning. A message came from Yamaha said it will be ready by 3.30. But it took around 5.50 when I got the vehicle and that so after repeated requests.
Yamaha is an established brand.But we didn't expect that the service you provide is really bad and now I am regretting that I chose ur brand as the service provided by Vijaygiri Motors is giving me mental agony.
