[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Showroom Doesn't care for customer after Paying Money | |||
Hello All, I have booked ( from Kamala Yamaha Chakan ) FZ-S FI Version 2.0 three month back.Dealer promised to delivery of bike within 1 to 2 week.After waiting for 1 and 1/2 months I got bike on 9 September 2014 without any documents.After following him I received document on last week.But Still I didn't received number for bike from RTO.I received used bike for about 260 Km.But neglected that time I thought this happen with me only but this is the case with most of customer.WIhin week my bike oil seal got leaked this case happen other customer as well.Kindly take feedback from customer on timely basis so that showroom will stop misbehaving with the customer and name of Yamaha will not vanished.after 2 month of waiting I am still waiting for RTO passing number from showroom.Please kindly took feedback customer and start new changes in the system.So that people will believe on Yamaha.Otherwise there r many options in the market is coming.Do call me on my number Thanks, Was this information helpful? | |||
