Yamaha Motor India — Warranty getting lapsed

Unfortunately, we've missed our 3rd servicing, when we tried to contact our dealer they're saying that since we've missed the servicing and so the warranty got lapsed.
could you please look into this matter, as we hardly drove the vehicle and the distance covered is less than 1000km. In addition to the above it was the 1st time, so we're not aware completely and also the dealers didn't mention that we're going to loose the warranty also.
