Unfortunately, we've missed our 3rd servicing, when we tried to contact our dealer they're saying that since we've missed the servicing and so the warranty got lapsed.
could you please look into this matter, as we hardly drove the vehicle and the distance covered is less than 1000km.
And regarding the servicing, it is not properly done the 2nd time due to which there's a oil leak at the engine which we need to reach out to dealer and get it repaired.
Right from the time of purchase we're facing lot of issues with the vehicle.
In addition to the above it was the 1st time we purchased the vehicle, so we're not aware completely and also the dealers didn't mention that we're going to loose the warranty also. Was this information helpful? |
