Yashomati Hospitals — Mis information and arrogant behavior

Yashomati hospital marathalli has become a centre of joke now, last week inspite of calling them ansld registering my elderly oarents for covid vaccine, they did not provide the doses stating that there was no stock (till here its was still fine)... called the again today and a lady call receptionist said that they now habe enough stock and their is no need to register its a simple walknin process...could not believe them hence called again, and thia time a male attended the call stating the same process explained last week, just after that visited the hispital and got to talk to Mr RAJESH S (in charge of the reception during night) he was a receptionist less and more of a goon, does nt know how to talk, arrogant attitude and kept on saying that they will not allow any dose if not called, was not even wearing mask..then after shiwing him calls in my ohine finally he said ok we can come, u ppl charging 250 per dose and serving patients like this, this guy should be punished and doesnt deserve a public service like this, he is a goon in disguise, NOT EXPECTED THIS, HIGHLY DISSATISFIED...PLEASE ACT on THIS COMPLAINT AGAINST RAJESH S FOR misbehaving and giving wring info
