[Resolved]  Yatharth Hospital — Wrong details submit by hospital

Dear Team,
My name is Prem Singh Kirola, Age 35 years and I am admitted in room no. 812, 8th floor, Yatharth hospital since 9th January 2024. I want to bring in your kind attention that hospital has provided wrong diagnosis details (details of Ashok Mishra) for cashless claim (claim no.[protected] against my policy no. 44443323 from Care Health Insurance. Due to this error my cashless claim has been rejected by the insurer.

I would like to inform you that, I am being pressurized by hospital for depositing the cash. Presently I am not in the position to settle the bill with cash and totally dependent on the insurer cashless facility. This unfortunate situation arises due to the wrong details shared by the hospital with the insurer and sharing correct data might not have led to rejection and claim might have settled timely. I am not responsible for hospital’s mistake and forcing me to pay the bill myself in cash now will only deteriorate my health condition and give me unnecessary mental trauma.
