Dear sir,
i tried to book hotel room at palace inn hotel, angamaly, kerala on 04/09/2015. My account got debited for an amount of rs1785/- . They didn't book the room for me. If not they should refund the amount back to my account na.? that also they didn't do.
Kindly do the needful to get my money back.
