I have booked two tickets from Chilakaluripet to Bangalore with PNR No: YGT[protected] and YGT[protected] travel date 13th July 2019 komita travels. I called the customer care number and agent name Saiprathap mobile number +[protected] lifted the call and told they will give 100% refund if I book again with them. So I have given his phonepe account details and transferred the same and booked the tickets luckyly. But I didn't get my refund back upto now.. surprising not connecting to then again.
