Dear all, We have been chasing you since last 15 days for our booking confirmation for which we have already made payment way before. And now you guys are not even picking up our phone calls. Your call center is not responding or picking up our calls. We have booked hotels for gangtok & our booking i'd is y4t1990kr, y4t1991kr. Apart from your call center we are also calling to one of your employee named karan on his mobile no ([protected]). We have madlly called him more then 100 times he is just fooling us by telling that every day that your booking will be done after 3 pm & after 3 he is not picking up our phone & not responding. He is talking each n every call because our calls are in waiting but he is not picking up our calls since last 2 days. We are reaching tomorrow morning & our hotel booking is yet not confirmed i can't imagine what kind of travel company is this. Hope now you will be responding after this mail within next 2 hour else i will have to escalate this to social media and ministry of travel & tourisom.
