Dear sir/mam, we purchased/booked Rs. 12999/- the promotional offer package for 5N/6D( 3 to 4 star hotel) through yatri4travel.com on 28/07/2015 at andaman nicobar island for 20/11/2015 to 25/11/15. Before booking they mailed us on 25/07/2015 regarding this promotional offer in which they give option to select one resort among the 5 hotels in portblair and 7 hotels in havelock (with breakfast and dinner). we paid Rs. 12999 on 28/07/15 through neft to their account and they give us voucher form and we filled it and posted to thier given address on 01/08/2015. After 3 days i called yatri4travel customer care regarding booking status, but they said that my booing is in November so they would confirm the hotel in last week of august. i tried on last week of august they said "do not worry we booked your hotels on given dates and destination". Then i called customer care again on September first week regarding which hotel is booked for me. they said "we will give the details of hotels in mid october". now i have tried to call their representatives and customer care so many ties after september, they even did not answer or picked the phone. Then i received mail from yatri4travel on 02/11/2015 regarding availability of hotels(only accommodation with no star ratings ) which far different with specified hotel in promotional offer. and they not give me a booking list for havelock. we arrange tour at own. now we came back home, but they still not picked up our phone.

This is with reference to your booking placed with Yatri 4 Travel against Payment id Y4TRM424

We would like to inform you that we have received your mail for the refund process which cannot be processed as your package subscription date was Dec 9, 2015 and this promotional package can’t be cancelled after 10 days from the date of purchase.

By doing the registration for this offer you are agreeing to Yatri 4 Travel's Terms & Conditions

Please find below the refund policy according to our terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY (if customers asking for the refund within 10 days after package subscription dates then the condition are as follows :)

Refund amount shall be transferred through NEFT/Cheque Deposit to the beneficiary account after cancelling the package
Refund amount shall be transferred through Yatri 4 Travel Account only.
Customer has to issue a NOC letter in case of Refund has to be done mention that he/she cannot claim to use our service.
The customer will be entitled for the amount 60% as refund and 40% will be charged as cancellation amount.
Details for the refund:

This package is non refundable now as your package has been crossed free lock-in period. Hence, we will provide you Booking in future according to the booking availability.

Please note the following points in order to obtain this offer in future:

In order to obtain this offer, the Booking request voucher must be completed (with keeping the below mention points in mind) and mailed to the Yatri 4 Travel at the address given.
Please mention your Booking Id on the form i.e. your Membership ID.
Provide all your details i.e. Name, address, contact details, email address.
Write down the number of dependents i.e. no. of person travelling excluding you.
Please provide with two different dates and destination.
Please note: fill the column according to your priority. We always try to book the customer on their first preferred travel date and destination.
Please ensure that there is a minimum of 4-7 nights’ difference between the 1st and the 2nd date.
Please provide two different destinations not the resorts / resort name.
Please ensure that the first preferred date chosen by you is at least 30 days away from the date your are sending the booking form i.e. a minimum of 30 days advance booking is required for any booking. E.g. if your 1st preferred date in the booking form is 18th April, then your booking form should be sent to us on or before 18th March.
Please don’t forget to put down your signature in the booking form
All the booking request has to made at minimum 21 and maximum 30 days in advance from the date of travel.
Any person taking advantage of this promotion does so under the complete acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Strictly one booking per voucher and house hold. Only one voucher will be accepted per mail.
A confirmation letter will be issued in the name of the applicant by our reservation office and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel and the destination will be mentioned there in. The status of a particular booking will be informed to the holder of this offer 10 Days before the date of check-in.

Further, we would also like to inform you that Yatri 4 Travel reserves the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability (Under exceptional cases).

The bookings of the hotels/Resorts which are in list and other collaborated properties are strictly subject to availability.

Please note that TnC mentioned in the booklet are applicable. Please refer to the same and abide.
