[Resolved] Yatri 4 Travel — package expired without intimation | |||||
I got a call from yatri 4 travel associates i, e abhishek for the package to trip to within india. They have explained the package and i said ok and i have booked my trip through yatri 4 travel on 14th-oct 2017 by paying rs8, 999 package but yatri 4 travel not inform me about package goes expired before one month via email, sms & telephonic. After that they told that they can not confirm my booking as well as can not refund my amount because package expired. I told them at least your company should inform to cm before package goes expired via any mail or telephonic way but they said that we already inform when package by by me & can not remind the same to cm before validity of package. That means company also want that this kind of situation is coming and they are safe to refund and no need to confirm booking. Till now amount not received. Pls suggest further to proceed. Now they travel is not picking my call and all the numbers are switched off. Kindly help me with this issue. Kindly help me with this issue. This is with reference to your booking placed with Yatri 4 Travel against Payment Id's: Y4T1930AB. As per your last email dated On Wed, Sep 19, 2018 at 12:54 PM, regarding the validity extension, We would like to inform you that we have spoken to the management and the response was negative because your package has already been expired on Aug 13 2018. We found your record that You placed your order against Payment ID : Y4T1930AB on Oct 13, 2017, the same package was valid for a period of 10 months from the date of purchase, These packages has already been expired on Aug 13 2018. Please be informed that we would have given you extra validity if you would have raised this request before expiry date. We are extremely sorry for this, but as per the Terms and conditions once package is expired then validity extension can not done on the expired packages. We're always very sorry to see a member leave. You can renew your membership after paying INR 7000 for Against your Payment ID, if In case you want to use the same in future.
