Dear sir, I have booked the 3nights 4 days package through yatri 4 travels as they have offered me this package through mail i’d [protected]@yatri4travel.com and call made by mr devesh mahajan having mobile number [protected]on 21st may. On 21st i have made the payment of rs 13499 through the payment link they have shared with me through and got the payment confirmation mail. The same is attached. As my checkin is on 25th may, still they have not allocated hotel and giving false promise. Sometimes this devesh mahajan not even receiving my call and acting arrogantly.
