This is with reference to your booking placed with Yatri 4 Travel against Payment Id's: Y4TRM0578.
We are extremely sorry for this, but as per the T&Cs Yatri 4 Travel reserve the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability. Also Please go through the below mentioned 4 Main Points which was introduced to you before maturing this deal in the first email of the promotional offer dated on Thu, Nov 14, 2019 at 3:48 PM.
• Covered locations: Anywhere in India Up to 4 star properties. Which means you will be served in 1, 2, 3 or 4 Star category hotels as there is no fixed category.
• Any person taking advantage of this promotion does so under the complete acceptance of the terms and conditions. Bookings are subject to promotional availability and Yatri 4 Travel reserves the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability of food or hotels.
• The attached list of resorts is examples and used for promotional purposes only. Treat that list of resort as just for examples & actual list depends to live availability. Hotels might get changed while you apply for the bookings as this package is not for any particular / fixed hotels.
• Holiday purchased under this promotional offer is non-refundable. This membership is non refundable, you must have to use this offer for booking the hotel in future till the last date of the package.
Secondly, How can you expect a particular hotel category when the condition of this package says that list are just for the example purpose and Yatri 4 Travel reserves the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability (Under exceptional cases). We don't usually offer low budget hotels, we do offer those hotels, and sometimes when we are not getting any other hotels on your requested dates. Further, Hotels rating depends on the availability, if we get some good hotels then we definitely offer at the same price as well.
Therefore, we request you to stop suggesting the resort name because we will share you only those hotels which are available from our travel vendor.
Hence, you are requested to confirm us with the name of the hotel for you stay so we can issue the hotel confirmation voucher at the earliest, otherwise the availability will keep changing.
Please be informed that we work on promotional availability & No bookings are entertained during the High peak seasons and black out period (Dec 20th to Jan 7th).
If you still not agree to follow the terms and conditions then we cannot help you or serve you this point of time and you can apply for the bookings in future. In terms to use your package, you need to fill the booking request form and send it back to us. On receiving of that form we will share with you the availability mail containing the list of hotel available for your preferred dates. You need to choose any one hotel from the availability mail to get your hotel booked from our booking team.
The bookings of the hotels/Resorts which are in list and other collaborated properties is strictly subject to availability.
We ensure replying to each and every email we receive from the customer but if customer is not trying to understand the condition of company and keep sending repeated emails with different-2 timing on the same topic would be treated as spam emails. Please note that TnC mentioned in the booklet are applicable. Please refer to the same and abide.

As I said earlier in my complaint, you guys are experts copy-pasting. You’ve just copied an e-mail conversation in the comment!
Regarding the selection of the particular hotel category, it’s your employee Devesh Mahajan who has assured us that we’ll get the hotels of our choice. If you do not believe, then see attached screenshots of the conversation we have with Devesh where he has promised us that we will get the hotels of our choice. You and your company are cheating the customers on bases of fake commitments.
Anyway, I am not here to argue with you guys. What I want is that please refund my money back.
It is our hard-earned money. We only plan our holiday once a year.
