[Resolved] Yatri4Travel — Not providing refund | |||
I had purchased tour package from www.yatri4travel.com about 7999₹ but after purchasing they are not giving any tour packages and making many excuses from long time, i m fed up of this and dont kon what to do. I had called them may time for refund if they are not able to provide tour package but still they don't have any shame. After some times theya are not receiving my call and i tried to contact them with a help of mai id but no reply on mail also. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 05, 2015 Yatri 4 Travel Customer Care's response concern has been addressed and already resolved as customer's booking has already been confirmed on July 27, 2015 at Ginger Tree Boutique Resort Goa.

They are just cheaters and the company is there to make frauds, please don't book or pay any kind of payment there.
do ask them to provide Hotel confirmation mail then do confirm to Hotels and the oay them as they had done many fraud with many persons.

I have purchased there package for 7999 domestic goa tour plan, I have paid amount after that they have sent a form for filling the details. well in advance i have sent to my tour details but they not accommodated in goa they are telling that no vacancy available.
while paying the payment they will tell we will provide this 3 star hotel and other thing after paying they will escape.
this yatri 4 travel company is cheating company don't book any tour plan.if you paid amount they will not provided any thing and escape from phones and not refund any amount.
Do not book,
