Nov 9, i booked 2 tickets in sleeper coach to travel from chennai to coimbatore.in the last minute ybm called me and told that the bus broke down and we will be accomodated in semi sleeper bus and the difference of amount, a little more than 500 per ticket will be transferred back to the same account from which we booked our tickets. Till date they have not refunded the money every time i call they give me different numbers & ask me to call and find the status. Yesterday i went to their office directly then they told me that they will let me know the status today. Today when i called they tell me that they had instructed their staff to refund the money on the same day itself. I was shocked and they are asking me the details of their staff who told that the money will be transferred. How will i know their staff details, it their job to find out. Till date they have not informed me the difference of amount i'll receive & when i'll receive. A very bad & stressful experience.
