On my degree certificate, Middle name is incorrect. and I had submitted correction request many times. but it is being pending since 3 years now.
It is highly unprofessional as no one respond to the tickets or email as well. I have tried email as well many time.
In case if you do not accept the request online. please do not provide options to name correction online.
