[Resolved] Yebhi.com — Wrong product brand sold and humiliating response from yebhi | |||
I have been shopping with Yebhi and other ecommerce sites from past few years. But this is something I wanted to bring in notice of all ecommerce customers. I had placed an order with Yebhi (YBH5305940) for several clothing items. One wrong product arrived with some other brand and not as intended (ADIDAS), and also the size was humongous. As I was out of country I just mailed back Yebhi stating this concern and expected a quick return pick up, as the product will be of no use for me. But this was not to happen, every time I write or call to them, they state different excuses and ask for next 24-48 hrs for the resolution and never respond back. Now more than 1 month has passed and Yebhi is being playing around this. Even the call representatives are making fun, which is unacceptable. The strategy by Yebhi is quite simple to easily ignore the customer concern and delay it as much as possible, so that the customer himself drops the concern. "Please give us 24 hrs, our concerned team is looking into your issue" "Please share the snapshot of the product we will get back in 48 hrs" "Now I cannot transfer your call to the management but surely connect a call back in next 24 hrs" and many more...statements from Yebhi.com Is this a joke?? The money and effort lost is fine for me, in case customers are aware of these ecommerce sites and be judgemental before each buy.
