Yebhi — denial and reluctance for taking damaged product back | |||
i ordered the product from yebhi, the product was damaged, ( Order No : YBH5563494) i sent them mails requesting return of the order, but they did not respond to the mail, when they got to know about the defect in order they stopped picking up calls. and they opposed us by saying that the product wasn't defected at first place. It seems like they were aware of the fact that product was damaged from the time of shipment. they don't respond to the mails or calls anymore, please help ! i have shared with you the snapshot, which clearly shows the teared cloth line. the damage line shown in snapshots is on both inner and outer side of the clothe and easily visible.they have assigned to their customers easy 30 days return, then why are they acting strange to us, please reply to our complaints as soon as possible, we are students and are in deficiency of money. thanking in Anticipation.
